You may have lots of great ideas on how to make the house your ideal home but are the ideas practical? Are the works that would likely be required within your budget? Would you be overcapitalising in the property? Would the works required even be allowed by planning or building regulations? What approvals will you need to get before building works can begin? What will you need to do to seek those approvals?
