Current Projects

Here is a sample of the projects we are currently working on.

It's always great when a previous client recommends you family and friends.  It's even more flattering when a previous client calls to tell you they've bought a new house that they wish to extend and renovate and tell you that you'll be managing it for them!  That was what happened in this case.  We will be managing the client's chosen architect, coordinating any Council and building permit approvals and sourcing and managing the building contractors and suppliers.  Having worked with this client before, we have little doubt that the finished product will be a very stylish but practical fusion of the original period residence with a modern extension including an open plan living and dining room, renovated bathrooms, a covered outdoor entertaining area and a garage with a studio over.
An exciting project at Teurong on the Mornington Peninsula.  The house is on acreage and has a wide range of environmental values and other overlay constraints.  This project will require the full range of services offered by Residential Project Management from sourcing and managing designers to the completion of construction and everything in between.  We are also very excited that our clients wish to make the home as low impact and sustainable as reasonably possible and for it to sit lightly within its beautiful surroundings rather than impose itself on it.  The project will also include the construction of a swimming pool and farm shedding/stabling as part of the project.
Our role in this project is to review the design and specification prepared by the client's architect and to undertake construction supervision and management of the renovation of this townhouse in a Heritage Overlay area in St Kilda.  It's a tricky little job made more complex by tight access both to and within the property.
Our client is looking to demolish the house on their their existing investment property and construct a new home for their family.  Our role in the project involves sourcing and managing the design team and the subsequent souring and management of a suitably qualified builder to complete the project.  The client has a tight budget so a key consideration throughout the design stage of the project as well as through the specification and purchase of fittings and fixtures will be to look for clever ways to reduce costs to the client while still delivering the type of house they desire.
Our job is to convert our client's exciting concept design for a modern and innovative home in the Dandenong Ranges into a reality. The concept is for a modern, minimalist and sustainable home with an industrial feel for a challenging sloping site adjacent to the National Park. The site has stunning valley views but issues include difficult access, bushfire risk, landslip stability and wastewater management as well as a range of other planning scheme overlay constraints. The project will involve the completion of the design process, Council approvals, tendering and construction supervision and management. An exciting but challenging project!
