Questions to Ask Yourself Before You Renovate or Build

Monday, 22 February 2016

This is an interesting article and gives some good tips to get you thinking about whether or not you should renovate or build, and if you do, what you need to think about before you start the process.  I find that attacking magazines with scissors or printing out photos from the internet for a scrapbook is a great idea and is very helpful for designers.  Don't forget to include things you don't like as well as those you do.

What our clients think:

  • We would like to extend a huge thank you to John and his entire team at Residential Project Management for the amazing renovation and complete transformation of our apartment in Melbourne. RPM turned a completely dark and concrete inner city apartment into a light, airy and comfortable home for us. This was a difficult project from both a logistic and vision standpoint. Living in Sydney, I had to communicate long distance the concept and renovations that we wanted John to implement and he not only achieved the end result that we had envisioned, but it is better than we had even imagined it would be. The workmanship of the custom cabinetry as well as the difficult implementation of the hardwood ceilings and wall are exceptional and the beautiful kitchen is a joy to work in. It was the extremely hard work of John and his design, contractor and supplier teams that have resulted in an apartment that our family can greatly enjoy for many years to come.
